BALANCE & BITE
This Spring, join us for a Wellness Workshop to embrace the season of renewal, growth and cleansing. This wonderful half-day includes a yoga practice to cultivate presence and awareness, attuning to the spring season, followed by a nourishing two-course lunch with a soft drink. Join Jannette Bloom at Retreat East for this highly practical workshop, exploring the connection between the mind and body through movement. Jannette will work with yoga asana to develop flexibility, strength, and balance, incorporating breathwork exercises. The practice will close with a guided meditation. ITINERARY: 10.30 -10.45am | Arrival & immunity booster smoothie 10.45 - 12.15pm | Refresh yoga session 12.30pm | Two-course Sunday lunch in The Great Barn restaurant

Yoga & Meditation morning

Join Jan and Michelle (from Manik Organic) on Sunday 14th May for a morning of yoga and meditation. The focus for the session will be on grounding, stability, and security. The morning will begin with a yoga practice which will centre around Muladhara chakra moving through yoga poses that engage the lower body in a creative flowing sequence to find strength and balance. In the second half of the morning, continuing with this theme we will move into breath work exercises, visualisation, and guided meditation. Anchoring through the breath we will declutter the mind, increasing awareness, building confidence and concentration.
